For the last 30 years, YDance has been developing high-quality dance opportunities for children and young people across Scotland, in a range of settings and communities, to enable children to reach their full potential through dance. We are excited to announce that in January 2019 we will be launching an exciting new project.
YCreate, our new fun, creative weekly dance classes for ages 1 – 11, are designed to develop your child’s co-ordination, creativity and confidence.
Led by YDance’s trained and experienced staff, these high energy, physical sessions will ensure children have the opportunity to learn a range of movements, develop their self-expression and use their imagination in an inclusive and fun environment.
Classes take place every Saturday from 19 January to the 23 March 2019 at Destiny Church, 1120 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G41 3QP. Class times are as follows:
9:30am – 10:10am – a creative class for 1-2 years to dance with their parent or carer.
10:20am – 11:05am – a creative and fun class for 3-4 years.
11:15am – 12:00pm – a high energy creative class for 5-7 years.
12:10pm -12:55pm – a funky and creative class for 8-11 years.
Classes are £6 per child and paid for on the door (cash only) – no booking required.
