Did you know that moving in sync with others is good for our well-being and self esteem? Lumsden et al.‘s (2014) findings state that moving to a synchronous rhythm with others impacts how we feel as well as our social connections. 

At YDance we are missing dancing together in the studio but are grateful to dance with each other online. So make time this week to move and groove with your friends and family to your favourite tunes
