Horizons Aberdeen

Horizons Aberdeen

Horizons Aberdeen is our FREE Aberdeen based inclusive youth dance company for dancers aged 12 to 19, with and without disabilities.

Horizons Aberdeen is run by YDance in partnership with Citymoves Dance Agency.

Dancers develop their technical dance skills and take part in choreographic workshops and performance opportunities throughout the year.

We will be delivering Experience/Taster Workshops for young people who would like to try out the class and ask any questions about the Horizons company. We will then hold a Recruitment/Introduction Workshop where we will select 15 young people at the end of the session to form the Horizons Aberdeen company. The company will meet once a month and work together with two professional and experienced dance teachers over the next year.
