Beth’s Role
I’m a Cashback on Track Dance Artist, which means I have the incredible opportunity to travel to different communities across Scotland and work closely with young people. My role focuses on building their confidence, helping them develop their dance skills, and – most importantly – creating a fun and supportive environment.

One of the things I enjoy most about being part of this project is the people I get to meet and work with. Whether it's the young participants who show up week after week or the amazing partners who share a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for young people, every session brings something new and rewarding.

Highlight so far:⁠
A real highlight for me was when dancers from various Cashback groups came together for a weekend to create and perform a piece for the Glasgow 850 event. It was a truly special experience – one that became a core memory not just for me, but for all of the incredible 850 dancers involved.
